How to motivate yourself in 5 steps

I want to give you 5 steps to motivate you. Yes, as you read it. Motivating you is not always easy, but it is not impossible. In fact, motivation should always and in any case be an obligation. The human falls and falls but always has reasons to move forward. In fact, it has always been that way, although sometimes being negative will cloud that possibility.

I can not

It is not true, if you can. Many times we believe that we cannot, but as such it is only a belief. Beliefs are based on that and it is not a reality. We reduce our self-esteem because we simply believe that we cannot do something and many times for that reason we do not try to do something.

I do not know how to do it

There are times when we don't know how to do something, but life is a continuous learning. Therefore reflect and think calmly how to do something, if one way of doing something is not worth it… well try another. You don't have to do something at first perfectly, constancy is better than being fast.

I do not understand

Sometimes we do not understand things but it does not mean that we are less intelligent. We do not have to understand everything in this life. Think that many things that you understand others do not. If you do not understand something, do not worry, try to understand it but if you do not understand it, do not worry, the world is full of things that nobody really understands yet.

I'm not like the others

That's a lie. We are all the same, but being different makes us unique. Feel lucky, you have to be yourself. The others is that ... the others ... Do you think that some would not like to be like you? ... You have abilities that surely others do not have and one of them is to value yourself. If you feel unique you have already won a lot.

I'm not happy

Saying It is not a bad step, happiness is an emotion and as such it is only up to you to be. Change the no for yes and you will see how at least something changes in your perception. Just as with everything, turn around what you don't like, words as we say them sound very different, imagine when you think about them.

In life it is not about meeting oneself, but about creating oneself. George Bernard Shaw (1856 - 1950) Irish writer.
